Working towards a longer distance event? The Metro Run and Walk Running and Fitness Training Program is for anyone who can comfortably run a 5K and gives you the option and flexibility of joining for 3-months, 6-months, or 12-months. Whether you are training for a 10-mile event, marathon training, or working towards a triathlon, the flexibility allows you to prepare for and be ready for race day any time of the year!
Based on the principles of Good Form Running™ and with a focus on proper form and mechanics, the program combines track workouts, endurance long runs, body-weight strength workouts, and coaching along the way to help you achieve your goals comfortably and injury free while having fun at the same time!
Not training for a specific event? No problem! The program is also for anyone who simply wants a structured running training program, accountability, and camaraderie! Regardless of your current fitness level, the program is designed to help you achieve your personal best, whether that involves walking, walk-running, or running!
