Join Our Loyal Customer Program. 

We know that you have a choice in where to shop and we appreciate that you come to our store.  In creating our Loyal Customer Program, we wanted to show our appreciation to all our customers -- not just a select group.  Every customer is eligible to join. 

How does the program work?

It's simple and it's free!  Keep your contact information and activity interests on file with us and shop for shoes and/or apparel at least once a year and you will receive:

• Monthly newsletter announcing discounts, new products and services, information on in-store learning sessions, and local items of interest.

• A 5% discount on all non-discounted items purchased at sign-up.

• A $10 Loyalty Discount Credit will be awarded for every $100 spent on non-discounted items.  The $10 Loyalty Discount Credit is redeemable on future visits within one year. Credits will not accrue for sale or clearance items. 

• The opportunity to "Refer a Friend" to become a Loyal Customer and receive 5% of their first purchase of non-discounted items in Loyalty Credits.  Referral card is required.  Pick up a stack of them at the cash register.

How will we use the information you give us?

We will NEVER pass along your information to any other organization, retail establishment, or marketing company.  The information you give us stays with us.   Using the information, we'll keep a record of what you purchased, track your earned credits, and stay in touch with you.

How does our program differ from other stores?

1)     It's free.  You're not buying a member card or pass that enrolls you in the program.

2)     Rewards are awarded for all regularly-priced merchandise, not just shoes.  Its not "Buy 12 pairs of shoes and get 1 free."

3)     Rewards accrue immediately.  There is no waiting period for accruing.

4)     Rewards can be redeemed the very next day.

5)     Rewards are awarded at a low threshold -- $100.  Other stores have programs where you earn a $10 credit for every $300 spent.
